Japan trip (Part 2)

Time for Japan trip (Part 2) ! :D
In case you haven't read Part 1, can read it here!

The hotel we stayed on our first night in Japan, Cross Hotel!

After waking up early in the morning and had our breakfast, we headed to Kyoto - a Historical old town for nearly 1100 years.

Our first destination was the Kiyomizu Temple. It is founded in 788, predates Kyoto and is dedicated to the 11-faced kannon. The temple's main hall sits perched over the mountain side on massive wooden pilings. Which the scenery was indeed beautiful, and now it's the Autumn season, there were maple leaves everywhere :)

These stuffs where people write on it are full with messages, and it can be found in most temples!

With the multiple buildings behind :D

They said the people living in the past wore these shoes!
It's so damn heavy how could they even walk while wearing that ><

 So beautifullllll !!

After that, we went to a place with Love Stone, that is famous with those lonely tourist can try walking with eyes closed from one stone to the opposite one (the distance is quite far, lolll) It's said that one will find true love if manage to walk with closed eyes.

And yes, this is the Love Stone I've mentioned! :D You have to close your eyes and walk from the stone from the left, to the right. A tourist really did so when we were taking photos, lolll!

Besides, I also saw something interesting...
I call it the "trouble disappear thing". Lollll, so it says if you write down your troubles on the paper provided (one sheet for 200 Yen). And when the paper dissolves in the water, your troubles will be cleared up.

Off we go to the further place to take photos with the amazingly beautiful scenery! :D

After that, we went to Otowa-no-taki, a waterfall where visitors sip water from a spring, is believed to have therapeutic properties and drinking the water of the three streams is said to confer one with wisdom, health, and longevity.

Too bad we didn't get to try to get a sip from the water cuz there's too many people queuing up for it and we were short in time T_T

Then, we went to Togenzaka, Sanenzaka & Ninen-zaka - a typical Japanese souvenirs street! There are many Japanese students shopping there too... I wonder if they don't have to attend classes >_>

We stopped by at an ice-cream house to buy green tea ice-cream! (Yes, it's cold. And yes, we still bought ice-cream) I realised I grew affection towards Green tea flavour ever since I went to Japan O_O Because of the cold weather, the ice-cream won't easily melt hahahaha is it a good thing or a bad thing?

 FYI, it's a fake ice-cream for display :P

Something special (for me) about this K-pop shop is...

I've watched SHINee's Surprise Vacation and Jonghyun went to Japan for his trip. He also went to this street and walked inside this shop below, signed autographs for the shop-keeper. I went inside and said "SHINee Jonghyun...?" and the person showed me the autographed picture of Jonghyun! :D Omg, so happy and excited. Too bad they don't allow people to take photos ><

Anyway, it's a remark of me visiting the shop where Jonghyun went.
And look below, there's photos of Justin Bieber too! :D They also sell his stuffs heheheheh <3

And then, we went to Heian Shrine - the memorial to remark the 1100 years old history of Kyoto.

The water is damn coldddddd!! =.=

Phailed jump shot plus panorama effect hahhaa!

After that, we went to the Kinkakuji Temple - the majestic golden pavilion reflected in the mirror-like calm waters of the Kyoto Pond is one of the famous maple leaves spot.

The temple is reallllyyyy gold!!!! O_O
It glows really brightly and it reflects on the lake, oh my gawd why so beautiful !!

Later, we went to a shop that sells random food and stuffs... Saw some really cute souvenirs, and then this Totoro was sitting there quietly waiting for me to take photo with him, lollll.

We had this chance to experience sitting their bullet train! :D In the outside, it looked super fast but when we were in the train, it doesn't feel it is moving fast though... The driver had to drive for almost one hour to reach our hotel, but we reach the destination for just 10-15 minutes by sitting the bullet train, lolll.

From Toyohashi station...

The ticket is really nice and I wanted to keep it but too bad it must be "eaten" by the machine T_T

Later, we went to have our dinner at this restaurant where I don't know it's name...

It looked like it's a small portion, but actually it's quite full and satisfying!!

After dinner, we went back to our #hotn (Hotel of the Night) to have a rest!! :D

I will blog about Japan trip (Part 3) soon, it's about the beautiful and famous - Japan's Mount Fuji !!

Stay tuned
